On a gentle slope covered with
Mediterranean
vegetation (marine pines and olive trees), is situated, 1000 mt. from
the beach and 1200 mt. from the center of the town Marina di Campo, the
residential complex "Villaggio la Serra ", made of houses with garden
and private parking, common front desk, tennis, bowls, small playground
for the children. Water supply is guaranteed, for all the year, from a
private water tank with autoclaves that takes over the public aqueduct
in the periods of deficiency.

In front of the village there is a small, but well-stocked supermarket.
The village is far away from the noise and confusion of the centre, but
it can easily be reached on foot or bicycle.
The beach is wide and granitic, therefore not powdery, but without
cliffs or stones.
